Community Care East York is an accredited, community-based agency serving seniors, caregivers, and adults with disabilities since 1971.

Our high quality in-home services are delivered with compassion and sensitivity.  Wellness programs are designed with a health promotion philosophy of keeping seniors active.

We are a United Way member agency providing health, recreational, and social services in the community.
