Mid Toronto Community Services - A not-for-profit organization that is inclusive and responsive to the needs of seniors and adults living with disabilities or illness by providing programs and services to promote healthy and independent living.

St. Clair Services for Seniors - Provides support services for individuals who want to maintain their quality of life while living in their own homes. Services are available to all, regardless of economic status, linguistic needs, or ethnic origins, and operate by volunteer labour where possible.

Storefront Humber Inc. � A non-profit charitable organization located in South Etobicoke which provides home support services to elderly and/or disabled persons to enable them to remain independent in their own homes.

Thorncliffe Neighbourhood Office � Provides community services to the residents of Thorncliffe Park.

Toronto East General Hospital - a large, urban full-service community hospital that has proudly served the community of South East Toronto since opening its doors in 1929.

West Toronto Services - A community not-for-profit organization that provides practical assistance and social support to seniors, caregivers and adults with disabilities living in our community.

Canadian Association of Retired Persons (CARP) - CARP is Canada's largest advocacy group for people 50+.  CARP's mission is to provide information, services and products of interest to this growing segment of the population.

Canadian Home Care Association - The Canadian Home Care Association is a national not-for-profit membership organization representing over 600 home care stakeholders across Canada.

Ontario Community Support Association - An umbrella organization representing the not-for-profit community agencies that provide support services for people who need help to function independently because of a disability, illness or limitations due to aging.  These services help people live at home and keep connected with the community.

Alzheimer Society Canada - A not-for-profit Canadian health organization that provides a network of services to help Canadians affected by Alzheimer disease, including opportunities to participate in clinical research studies.

Canadian Cancer Society - Includes information about cancer - warning signs, detection and treatment, research and results. Also provides links to local societies, how to donate and volunteer.

Canadian Diabetes Society (CDA) - The on-line resource for people with and affected by diabetes and for health care professionals treating those affected by the disorder. The CDA, with 170 branches, is the largest non-governmental supporter of diabetes research, education and advocacy.
