What is SCOPE?

School and Community Outreach Program for the Elderly and disabled.

About the Program
Community Care East York's SCOPE Program matches seniors and disabled adults living in the East York community with students enthusiastic to do a variety of outdoor jobs. Students are 13 - 18 years of age.

What SCOPE Can Do For You
- Snow shovelling
- Lawn mowing
- Gardening
- Shopping/errands
- Balcony/yard clean up
- Leaf raking
- Dog walking  
- Other odd jobs

About SCOPE Students
Students often live in the same neighbourhood as the seniors or people with disabilities with whom they are linked. The students are available after school on week days, and during the day on weekends and school vacations. 

Students are screened, through references, to ensure enthusiasm, honesty, and reliability.
