Caregiver Education and Support Workshop

This six part series is offered twice a year in the spring and fall.  The group offers members an opportunity to explore issues related to caregiving and to share their experiences.

Topics include:

Caring for an elderly relative or friend; managing caregiver stress; long-term care facilities and placement; financial and legal issues; and community services.

Caregiver Support Group

This group meets one evening a month.  This is an opportunity to benefit from the mutual support of other caregivers in the group.

Bereavement Support Series

This seven part series is offered twice a year, spring and fall.  This group provides an opportunity to explore individual grief and to learn about the grief journey.

Cost: $10.00 (subsidy is available). 

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
