Who are we?
Community Care East York is a community-based agency serving seniors, caregivers, and adults with disabilities since 1985. Our high quality in-home services are delivered with compassion and sensitivity. Wellness programs are designed with a health promotion philosophy of keeping seniors active.
We are a United Way member agency providing health, recreational, and social services in the community.
Community Care East York is an accredited organization through the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation.
